Dr. Matheus Ozbek, OD, will be providing comprehensive eye care services at North Shore Health Care Center on August 28 and 29, 2026, serving patients from the greater Grand Marais community, Sawtooth Mountain Clinic, and Grand Portage Clinic.
To schedule an appointment:
Use the appointment scheduling link (down below) to select an available time on August 28 or 29. Please Ignore Location of the practice and only schedule on the 28th or 29th as those are the only times Dr. Ozbek will be in Grand Marais
After scheduling, complete the online patient forms (down below) using the provided intake form link.
Important: Your appointment is not considered confirmed until both steps have been completed. Patients who do not schedule an appointment and submit the required forms may need to be rescheduled.
